Event Registration Refund Policy

Please note that all registrations are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or weather conditions.

Policy Details

• No Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable. This includes processing fees, merchandise purchases, and any add-ons made during registration.
• Deferral Option:
  • Participants may defer their registration to a future Run MONOPOLY Series event or the same event the following year.
  • Requests for deferral must be made at least 14 days before the event date.
  • A deferral fee of $15 will apply. Deferrals are valid for up to 1 year from the original event date.
• Transfer Option:
  • Registrations may be transferred to another participant up to 7 days before the event.
  • To initiate a transfer, please contact us at [email/contact info]. A $10 administrative fee will apply.
• Cancellation by the Organizer: If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will have the option to defer their registration to the new date or receive credit for another Run MONOPOLY Series event.

Why We Have This Policy

As part of the Run MONOPOLY Series, your registration helps us deliver a unique and memorable experience for all participants. Fees collected support event production costs, permits, staff, and other expenses incurred well in advance.
